Zip it closed, put it in a mesh bag, wash cold on delicate with a pH-neutral detergent, and air dry out of the sun. Skip bleach, fabric softener and the dryer.

Satin isn’t silk
Satin is a weave, usually made from polyester. Silk is a natural protein fiber.
Momme is the new thread count
It measures silk weight. Ours is 22 momme (about 94 g/m²), the weight premium brands use.

What if I don’t know her pillow size?
Choose Standard/Queen. It fits standard and queen pillows, which covers most beds, and she can swap it for King for free.
Will it arrive before the holidays?
Order by the dates above and it should arrive in time. Weekday orders placed before 2 pm ship the same day, and most arrive 2–4 business days later.
Can I add a gift message?
Yes. Add a note at checkout and we’ll include it with the order.
Can she exchange it?
Yes. She can swap the size or color for free, and returns are covered by our 90-night guarantee.
Is it real silk? How can I tell?
Yes: 100% mulberry silk, 22 momme, grade 6A and OEKO-TEX® certified, and the label says 100% Silk. Satin looks similar but is a weave that’s usually polyester.
How do I wash it? Will face creams stain it?
Machine wash cold on delicate in a mesh bag and air dry. Let serums and oils soak in before bed, and wash darker colors alone the first time.
Can I return it after using it?
Yes. You have 90 nights, even if you’ve slept on it and washed it.
Will my pillow slide out?
No. The hidden zipper keeps it snug inside all night.
